Jonathan Kessler, CEO & Co-Founder

Jonathan Kessler has over 15 years of management experience with numerous technology and business companies.  As VP of Technology and Business Development at DCTI, he negotiated and closed client contracts with OverStock.com and Expedia.com.  Additionally at DCTI, he helped create AOL’s first Video e-commerce site, Videos Now.
Mr. Kessler was Vice President of International Trading Systems at Smith Barney International, Asia.
He is also an angel investor and advisor to start ups including GetThere.com and Camino Networks.  GetThere.com is a leading provider of business travel solutions to Fortune 500 companies.  The company went public in 1999 (NASDAQ:GTHR) and was acquired in 2000 by Sabre Holdings Corporation (NYSE:TSG) for $757 million (USD).  Camino Networks, a VOIP software provider, was acquired by eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) in 2006 for $27 million (USD), less than one year after the company was founded.

Mr. Kessler holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has also received his NASD Series 7 Stock Brokers License.



Boris Ralchenko, CTO & Co-Founder

Boris Ralchenko has more than 15 years of experience in software development, system design and implementation. With a proven ability to design software-driven systems from the ground-up, Ralchenko has among other accomplishments, developed a fully automated system for video testing and calibration. Ultimately, Ralchenko’s systems were purchased by numerous standards organizations and militaries worldwide. Subsequently, Mr. Ralchenko led development efforts on the “UltraSim” – an ultrasound simulator for prominent manufacturers such as ATL and HP. Most recently, while at Chipworks, he designed and developed image acquisition systems. These systems are based on Scanning Electronic Microscopes and are capable of creating high precision mosaics of tens of thousands of single images. Ralchenko’s system is regarded as the most effective system of its type in the world.

Mr. Ralchenko holds an M.Sc in Applied Math (1991) and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences (1989), both from Kiev State University, Ukraine.





Ron Fischer, Director of Product Development

Ron has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has held leadership and engineering positions at a variety of start-up and early stage companies including Treseq, Inc., which was purchased by Nortel Networks. As a Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe Systems, Inc. he helped develop Illustrator and Mobile Flash. Ron earned a Computer Science degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.



Patrice King, IP Counsel

Patrice King is a former associate of Goodwin Procter LLP, where she was a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. King has represented clients in diverse areas, including computer hardware and software, financial products, encryption technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and laser technology. Ms. King’s practice encompassed a variety of domestic and international IP transactions involving patents, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks. Her work included patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, due diligence reviews, IP valuations, licensing, as well as providing opinions regarding patentability, freedom to operate, infringement and validity issues.

Ms. King earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, a J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law and a B.S. in Computer Science from City College of New York, School of Engineering.
